Rising from the debris

I just came across a good article on the opening of Seven World Trade Center, the first new skyscraper in the World Trade Center area since 2001. As the sadly misnamed "Freedom Tower" languishes waiting for the approval of hordes of bureaucrats, private industry rebuilds and helps to show that the barbarians can't keep us down.
